Our finished scaffolding boards are all kiln-dried and lightly sanded before we add a finish to provide a unique aesthetic. The following finishes are available: 

Flamed
Stained
Oiled
Washed paint effect

Kiln dried scaffolding have a reduced moisture content which helps prevent issues like warping, cracking, or shrinking. This gives the boards improved stability and workability  them ideal for uses such as furniture or worktops, shelved, wall boarding. 

Lightly sanding the boards gives them a cleaner, smoother finish whilst maintaining the weathered colour and character of the board.
